Know Me
Hello! I'm Olga, a dedicated coach passionate about people and business development. With a master's degree in economics and eight years of leadership experience, I've honed my skills in mentoring and onboarding junior managers and leaders, advising on projects within the Operational Excellence field, and helping hundreds of individuals achieve significant lifestyle changes through personal training.
My journey into the coaching field was fueled by a desire to combine my leadership and mentoring experience with my passion for personal development. I have completed an Executive Coaching Course and a Course on the Psychological Aspects of Executive Coaching at Cambridge University, as well as the Erickson Art & Science of Coaching program, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This training provides a solid foundation and meets the necessary requirements to apply for the ICF's Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
I coach in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics, ensuring that my practices are aligned with the highest professional standards. Additionally, I use supervision as a responsible approach to coaching, continually reflecting on and improving my methods to provide the best possible support to my clients. I am deeply committed to helping individuals and businesses reach their full potential. Whether through one-on-one coaching sessions or group workshops, my goal is to provide the guidance and support needed to navigate challenges and achieve success.
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, self-development, spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, playing tennis, traveling, practicing yoga, and staying fit. These activities help me maintain a balanced lifestyle and bring a well-rounded perspective to my coaching practice.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to both personal and professional growth!
